A design studio built by people who ship
Orbit Digital started in Aubrey, Texas, with a simple frustration: too many design projects arrive as pretty files nobody can actually use. Nine years later, we're still built around solving that.
Why we started Orbit
Our founders spent years on the client side, watching design agencies hand over beautiful concepts that developers couldn't build and marketing teams couldn't maintain. Orbit Digital was built to close that gap — small enough to stay hands-on with every project, structured enough to deliver like a much larger shop.
2017, Aubrey, Texas
Started as a two-person brand studio working out of a shared office; now a full team covering brand, web, and product.
Design that ships
We measure our work by whether it gets used correctly six months later, not just how it looks in a pitch deck.
Small by design
We cap active projects each quarter so every client gets senior attention, not a rotating cast of junior designers.
The principles behind every project
Clarity over cleverness
A design that needs an explanation hasn't finished its job. We aim for work that communicates on its own.
Honesty in feedback
We'll tell you when a request works against your own goals — even when it isn't what you expected to hear.
Respect for handoff
The people who build and maintain your brand after we leave matter as much as the people who approve it.
Who you'll work with
A small, senior team spanning brand strategy, UI/UX, and motion — the same people from your kickoff call through final delivery.
