Frequently asked questions
Everything clients typically ask before starting a project. Can't find your answer here? Reach out and we'll respond within one business day.
How long does a typical project take?
Most brand identity projects run 4–6 weeks, while full websites and product design engagements typically run 6–10 weeks depending on scope. You'll get a fixed timeline before any work begins.
Do you work with businesses outside Texas?
Yes. Our studio is based in Aubrey, Texas, and roughly half our clients work with us fully remotely. Discovery calls, design reviews, and handoff all happen over video and shared documents.
What's included in the final handoff?
You receive organized source files, a documented style guide, exported assets in every format your team needs, and 30 days of post-launch support for small fixes and questions.
Can you work with our existing brand guidelines?
Absolutely. Many projects start from an existing identity — we'll audit what's working, extend it consistently, and flag anywhere it's holding the brand back.
How is pricing structured?
Every project gets a fixed quote based on scope, agreed before work starts. We don't bill hourly, so there are no surprise invoices partway through a project.
How many revisions are included?
Each project includes two structured feedback rounds per phase. Additional rounds can be added if your scope grows, always quoted before we start the work.
Do you build the website too, or only design it?
We design fully developer-ready files and can also build the site ourselves on common platforms. If your team has its own developers, we hand off clean, documented specs instead.
What if we need ongoing design support after launch?
Many clients move to a monthly retainer after their initial project for continued social creative, campaign assets, or product design support.
